The Afghan Whigs Release New Single “The Lottery”

You can now listen to The Afghan Whigs propulsive new single “The Lottery,” from Do to the Beast, their first new album in 16 years, which will be released worldwide via Sub Pop Records on April 14th in Europe and April 15th in North America. Pre-orders of Do to the Beast at iTunes will receive a download of “Algiers” and “The Lottery” immediately. Pre-orders of Do to the Beast on CD and LP are now available at LP buyers at will receive the limited “Loser Edition” of the album on colored vinyl while supplies last.

The Afghan Whigs will begin their 2014 world tour in support of Do to the Beast, on April 10th in Pioneertown, CA at Pappy & Harriets. The band will be performing at this year’s Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio, CA and have announced U.S., European and South American shows as well.
